Policies & Waiver
We want every visit to be a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience for your pup! 🤍 Please take a few minutes to review our grooming policies below. All clients are required to review and sign our waiver once per year.
Late Fee/Pickup Policy
We prefer to keep our doggies as relaxed as possible at their visits. That includes being able to go home pretty quickly after their grooms are finished. We always give a 10 minute heads up to owners for when their fur baby is going to be done to ensure that you have enough time to get here.

If you need more than a 10 minute heads up we can absolutely do so if you let us know at drop off time!

We understand that sometimes things pop up and if you give us a warning at drop off or call in advance that your pup may have to hang out, we can let you know if that is doable for the day. For every 30 minutes past us reaching out we will have to add a $10 fee onto the appointment if we are not informed prior to the appointment or at drop off.

We unfortunately don't have the room to be a daycare service along with a grooming salon. We want all dogs to have a stress free visit including avoiding being put in a kennel.
No Show Policy

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment we will be adding a $10 fee onto your groom for the day. Being late even if it is only 5 minutes can throw off our whole day. We book dogs back to back to ensure we get as many dogs cute & smelling nice as possible! All dogs have a time block for how long they take to groom. Even if you are only 5 minutes late, that is 5 minutes that either interferes with cleaning or our next client.

If you no show or cancel with less than a 24 hour notice more than two times (does not have to be in a row) we will be charging you for half of what your groom would've cost. If you have a card on file with us we will charge the day of, otherwise if you do not we will add the fee onto the next appointment.

If you no show or cancel with less than a 24 hour notice more than three times (does not have to be in a row) we will be charging you for the full groom price. If you have a card on file with us we will charge the day of, otherwise if you do not we will add the fee onto the next appointment.

If you no show or cancel with less than a 24 hour notice more than four times (does not have to be in a row) we will have to ask you to find another salon. If you have a card on file we will charge the day off for the full groom price.
We try to be as understanding as we possibly can with things coming up but we do have to be considerate of all of our clients!
Required Annual
Consent & Release Waiver
All clients are required to review and sign our Consent & Release Waiver once per year. This helps us ensure every pup receives safe, quality care during their grooming experience. Please review and complete the waiver before your appointment.
